Biohacker.co.nz is a curated supplement store for New Zealand professionals who value evidence over hype. We carry a focused range of practitioner-grade nootropics, longevity compounds and recovery supplements. Every product is selected on the strength of its clinical research, not its marketing budget.
Why we exist
The supplement industry has a credibility problem. Walk into most stores or scroll any marketplace and you will find thousands of products making bold claims backed by nothing more than proprietary blends and influencer endorsements. Underdosed formulas, filler ingredients and opaque supply chains remain common.
We started Biohacker because we wanted a better option: a store where every product earns its place through peer-reviewed evidence, verified sourcing and transparent labelling. A place built for people who actually read the research and want to know what is in the capsule and why.
How we curate
We do not carry 5,000 SKUs. We carry 15 to 25 products at a time, drawn from trusted practitioner-grade and premium consumer brands. Every product in our range meets four criteria:
- Peer-reviewed research. Active compounds must have published human-trial evidence, not just in-vitro or animal studies.
- Clinical dosing. Formulas must be dosed at or near the levels used in the research literature, not token amounts to list on the label.
- Transparent sourcing. We work with brands that provide third-party testing and certificates of analysis.
- Meaningful differentiation. Each product must offer something the rest of the range does not. No redundant SKUs.
When the evidence changes, so does our range. We have removed products that did not meet our standards and we will do it again.
How we operate
Biohacker is a one-person company powered by AI. We use artificial intelligence agents to handle research monitoring, content generation, inventory operations and customer communications. That model lets a single founder deliver the depth of curation and quality of service that would normally require an entire team.
This is a deliberate operating choice. AI handles the work that scales: scanning hundreds of new research papers every week, maintaining product data, monitoring stock levels. The founder focuses on the decisions that require human judgement, including which products to carry, which claims to make and which partnerships to build.
Every piece of content on this site is reviewed by a human before it goes live. Every product recommendation is a human decision backed by evidence. AI makes it possible. The human makes it trustworthy.
Our commitment
We describe what compounds do in research, not what they will do for you. You will not find therapeutic claims on this site. We believe honest, evidence-based communication is what our customers deserve and what the science demands.
Every product page carries our standard health disclaimer. We cite mechanisms of action, link to studies and are transparent when evidence is preliminary or mixed.
