Shipping

We ship NZ-wide. Australian and international shipping are not yet available. All prices are in NZD and include GST.

Free shipping (standard) on orders of $110 or more, NZ-wide.

Rural delivery addresses: please select the rural option at checkout. The rural surcharge is $9.50 on top of the standard rate for your zone.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched by our fulfillment partner within one business day of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Most urban addresses receive orders within two to four business days after dispatch; rural deliveries may take an additional one to two business days.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received it within two business days of ordering, contact us at hello@biohacker.co.nz.
