These terms of service govern your use of the biohacker.co.nz website and your purchase of products from Pretty Good Value Limited, trading as Biohacker (New Zealand company number 5999650, registered office Level 4, 253 Queen Street, Auckland). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All products sold on biohacker.co.nz are dietary supplements regulated under the New Zealand Dietary Supplements Regulations 1985. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, consult your healthcare professional before purchasing or using any supplement.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply to every purchase and are not excluded, restricted or modified by these terms.
