Delivery area
We ship NZ-wide. Australian and international shipping are not yet available.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched by our fulfillment partner within one business day of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your location. Most urban addresses receive orders within two to four business days after dispatch. Rural deliveries may take an additional one to two business days.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any free-shipping thresholds are displayed on the site and at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within two business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@biohacker.co.nz.
Returns
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act
Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) apply to every purchase from biohacker.co.nz. These rights cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by any store policy.
Under the CGA, products must:
- Be of acceptable quality
- Be fit for their intended purpose
- Match their description
- Arrive undamaged and within a reasonable timeframe
If a product fails to meet any of these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the nature and severity of the failure, this may include:
- Repair or replacement at no cost to you
- A full or partial refund
We are the retailer and we front all remedies. You deal with us, not the manufacturer or our fulfillment partner.
How to request a return or remedy
- Contact us at hello@biohacker.co.nz with your order number, the product name and a description of the issue.
- We will assess the issue and respond within two business days.
- If a return is required, we will provide a return address and instructions. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
Faulty or damaged products
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.
Incorrect products
If you receive a product that does not match what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange the correct product or a full refund at no cost to you.
Change-of-mind returns
Refund processing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within five business days of the return being received and assessed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Products excluded from return
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products with broken or missing tamper seals
This exclusion does not apply to faulty or incorrectly described products. Your CGA rights always apply.
