Refund policy
Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to every purchase from biohacker.co.nz and cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by any store policy. If a product fails a consumer guarantee (acceptable quality, fit for purpose, matches its description, arrives undamaged), you are entitled to a remedy: repair, replacement, or a full or partial refund. We are the retailer and we front all remedies - you deal with us, not the manufacturer or our fulfillment partner.
To request a return or remedy, email hello@biohacker.co.nz with your order number, the product name and a description of the issue. We will assess the issue and respond within two business days. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within five business days of the return being received and assessed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
