Cancellation policy

Subscriptions (the Subscribe purchase option) auto-renew on the delivery schedule you select: every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months, at the same price as a one-time purchase.

You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account, or by emailing hello@biohacker.co.nz. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.

Cancellations take effect immediately for any renewal order that has not yet been processed. Orders that have already been dispatched are covered by our return and refund policy.
