A considered daily formula for stress resilience, pairing Sensoril ashwagandha with rhodiola, magnolia, L-theanine and a little vitamin D3.

Each capsule provides 10 micrograms (400 IU) vitamin D3, 250 mg Sensoril ashwagandha root-and-leaf extract, 125 mg rhodiola root extract, 100 mg magnolia bark extract and 50 mg L-theanine. The rhodiola is standardised to 3% total rosavins and at least 1% salidroside; the magnolia is standardised to 2% honokiol. Vitamin D3 is lanolin-derived, and the manufacturer identifies the L-theanine as synthetic.

The manufacturer directs adults to take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening, with meals. Across that labelled day, the formula supplies 500 mg Sensoril ashwagandha and 800 IU vitamin D3. The 60-capsule bottle therefore lasts 30 days and the 120-capsule bottle lasts 60 days. Store in a cool, dry place.

This formula overlaps with standalone Pure Encapsulations Ashwagandha. Adding its one-capsule direction would bring the labelled daily extract weights to 1,000 mg ashwagandha and the vitamin D total would remain 800 IU before other supplements are counted. That arithmetic does not make the extracts equivalent: Cortisol Calm uses Sensoril root-and-leaf extract, while the standalone product is a root extract standardised to 2.5% withanolides. Cortisol Calm's label does not state a withanolide percentage, so a combined withanolide total cannot be calculated from the two labels.

Ingredient studies do not establish an outcome for the complete five-active formula. Pure Encapsulations lists it as vegetarian and free from wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame and gluten. See the Stress and Sleep guide for the extract, dose and evidence comparison.

Who it's for

For people who want a single, rounded stress-support formula to take morning and evening through demanding stretches, rather than assembling adaptogens themselves.

If you already take a standalone ashwagandha, note this contains it too, so check the combined amount before running both.

Mechanism

The formula combines Sensoril ashwagandha root-and-leaf extract with rhodiola, magnolia, L-theanine and vitamin D3. Ashwagandha trials report cortisol and self-reported outcomes inconsistently across different extracts and doses; ingredient-level mechanisms do not establish an effect for this finished blend.
