A DHA-led fish oil built around the fatty acid most concentrated in brain tissue, with membrane phospholipids, tocotrienols and vitamin D3 added around it. Peppermint-flavoured, taken as a liquid.

Each 5 mL dose carries 1,150 mg DHA and 346 mg EPA, plus 150 mg soy phosphatidylserine, 520 mg phosphatidylcholine, 160 mg palm tocotrienols and 500 IU vitamin D3. That is a fuller formula than a plain fish oil, so if you already take an omega-3 or a separate vitamin D, compare the labels before stacking them.

The adult direction is 5 mL twice daily, which empties the 190 mL bottle in about 19 days. Shake before use, keep it in the fridge once opened and do not freeze. The formula contains fish and soy.

See the Focus and Cognition guide for how omega-3s sit in the wider cognitive evidence.

Who it's for

For people who want a DHA-led omega-3 rather than a standard EPA-heavy fish oil, and who like the idea of the added membrane phospholipids and vitamin D in one liquid.

Worth a label check first if you already take a separate fish oil or vitamin D, so you are not doubling up.

Mechanism

DHA is a structural fatty acid in neuronal membranes, and phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylcholine are membrane phospholipids. Supplementation studies measure several cognitive domains, but results are mixed and do not establish a general cognitive effect for this complete formula.

Questions

How long does a bottle of Omega Brain Plus last?

At the adult direction of 10 mL per day, a 190 mL bottle lasts 19 days. The label divides that daily amount into two 5 mL doses.

How does Omega Brain Plus differ from a general fish oil?

Omega Brain Plus is DHA-led and adds soy phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylcholine, palm tocotrienols and vitamin D3. Compare the declared EPA and DHA quantities plus those added actives, not the name.

How should it be stored, and which allergens are listed?

The label lists fish and soy. Once opened, shake the bottle before each use, keep it refrigerated and do not freeze it.

Does a high-DHA formula guarantee a cognitive effect?

No. Human trials include both positive and null cognitive findings, and results depend on who was studied and how the trial was run. For this complete formula, only the declared ingredient amounts are established product-specific facts.
