An omega-3 concentrate aimed at the body's own resolution pathways, for people who already know what specialised pro-resolving mediators are and want that fraction rather than a standard fish oil.

The current manufacturer listing states 100 mg EPA and 201 mg DHA per capsule; the held pack image rounds DHA to 200 mg. The 30-capsule bottle is 30 one-capsule servings. The softgel contains gelatin, glycerol, purified water and colloidal anhydrous silica, and the label warns that it contains fish and sulfites. Store below 30°C.

Metagenics NZ directs adults to take one soft capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. The Australian product page publishes a different condition-specific schedule; follow the delivered NZ label rather than transferring directions between markets. Who it's for

For people already following recovery or resolution-pathway research who want a concentrated SPM-precursor oil, usually on a practitioner's direction.

This is not a general fish-oil replacement. If you take a separate omega-3 like MetaPure, count the EPA and DHA across both.

Mechanism

Specialised pro-resolving mediators are signalling lipids formed from fatty acids including EPA and DHA. Human studies of enriched marine oils have measured circulating mediator concentrations and blood-cell markers. Those formulation studies don't add up to a general recovery or healthy-ageing result for this finished product, and the label doesn't declare separate amounts for individual SPM molecules.
