Specialised pro-resolving mediators are signalling lipids formed from fatty acids including EPA and DHA. Human studies of enriched marine oils have measured circulating mediator concentrations and blood-cell markers. Those formulation studies do not establish a general recovery or healthy-ageing outcome for this finished product, and the label does not declare separate amounts for individual SPM molecules.
