Liposomal Methyl B-Complex
A full B-complex you take by mouth-hold rather than swallow, with all eight B vitamins in a liposomal liquid.
Its folate is calcium folinate (folinic acid) and its B12 is methylcobalamin; it does not use methylfolate. The blend also carries phosphatidylcholine, trimethylglycine and milk-thistle extract.
One labelled serving is 1 mL, or two pumps, and the 50 mL bottle provides 50 servings. Quicksilver directs users to hold the liquid in the mouth for 30 to 90 seconds before swallowing.
"Methyl B-complex" describes the product family, but the individual forms still need to be read from the Supplement Facts panel. A full B-complex can also overlap with a multivitamin or another folate product. The Daily Foundation guide compares this broader formula with narrower B-vitamin options.
