A single liquid that gathers several cellular-energy ingredients into one daily teaspoon, for people who would rather not run a shelf of separate bottles.

Each 5 mL serving brings together 7 mg BioPQQ, 30 mg CoQ10 as ubiquinone, 15 mg resveratrol, 5 mg DeltaGOLD tocotrienols, 250 mg phosphatidylcholine and 400 mg of the Sun Horse herbal blend, a mix of adaptogens and botanicals including ginseng, rhodiola, reishi and ashwagandha. The 100 mL bottle holds 20 servings.

A few things to know before you buy. The herbal blend does not declare individual amounts, guarana is present but no caffeine figure is stated, and the phosphatidylcholine comes in part from soy. It is not an NAD+ product, so if you take a separate CoQ10, resveratrol or adaptogen, check for overlap first.

Mechanism

CoQ10 participates in mitochondrial electron transport. PQQ has been investigated in cell studies related to mitochondrial signalling, but human evidence is limited. The formula's phospholipid delivery system and multi-ingredient mechanism do not establish a clinical outcome for the finished product.
