Zinc Carnosine
A zinc-carnosine capsule, the chelated form often chosen for gut support, with the elemental zinc stated separately so it is easy to track.
Each capsule provides 75 mg of zinc-L-carnosine, yielding 16 mg of elemental zinc and 56 mg of L-carnosine on the pictured Supplement Facts panel. These are related label values, not three ingredients to add together. The 60-capsule bottle contains 60 one-capsule servings.
Seeking Health directs taking one capsule daily with a small amount of food and keeping the bottle closed in a cool, dry place. The panel lists microcrystalline cellulose, a hypromellose-and-water vegetarian capsule, ascorbyl palmitate and silica as other ingredients. It carries no separate major-allergen declaration; check the delivered label if an allergy is relevant because formulations can change.
The 16 mg elemental zinc counts toward total zinc from every supplement in a routine. Human zinc-L-carnosine studies have used defined challenge models and mostly measured permeability or related barrier markers in small samples. Matching a study's daily compound amount does not make this finished product clinically proven. Our Gut Health guide separates the label facts from those research outcomes.
