Resveratrol is a polyphenol studied in the healthy-ageing literature, including research on the sirtuin pathways also associated with NAD+ metabolism. Each tablet is standardised to 300 mg of resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum and paired with BCM-95 turmeric and quercetin — the latter studied for its role in slowing resveratrol's breakdown in the gut and liver.

Mechanism

Resveratrol is a polyphenol researched as an activator of sirtuins, enzymes
involved in cellular stress responses and studied in the context of NAD+ metabolism.
Co-formulated quercetin inhibits the sulphotransferase activity that would otherwise
conjugate resveratrol in the gut and liver, a mechanism studied for improving its
bioavailability.
