Vitamin D3 Liquid
A simple, flexible way to keep vitamin D up through a New Zealand winter: a plain D3 liquid you dose by the drop, with nothing else added.
Each 0.25 mL serving provides 25 micrograms (1,000 IU) of vitamin D3, measured with the graduated dropper. It is D3 on its own, with no vitamin K2 and no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.
A 90 mL bottle contains up to 360 labelled servings. Metagenics directs adults to take one serving daily with food, refrigerate the bottle at 2°C to 8°C after opening, and avoid freezing it.
Check vitamin D across the rest of your routine before adding a separate product. Multivitamin One, for example, already supplies 1,000 IU per capsule. The Daily Foundation guide explains where a single-nutrient D3 liquid differs from a multivitamin.
