The four nutrients most people are actually short on, in their better forms, so you can cover the basics in one order rather than piecing them together: a B-complex, vitamin D3, magnesium and a concentrated omega-3.

You get a liquid Methyl B-Complex with all eight B vitamins, Vitamin D3 Liquid at 1,000 IU a drop, UltraMag magnesium at 225 mg a capsule, and MetaPure fish oil with 2,000 mg EPA and 800 mg DHA a serving. Each is a full-size bottle in a form we would choose on its own.

These are four separate categories, not a claim that everyone needs all four, so check your current routine for any multivitamin, vitamin D, magnesium or fish oil before doubling up. MetaPure contains fish, and it and the D3 both want refrigerating after opening.
